LEASE TAKEOVER ASAP

Hi! My name is Karis I’m looking for a female to take over the remainder of my lease at The District on Apache. It ends July 31st, 2024. I am willing negotiate pricing and give a discount if you are willing to sign ASAP. The unit is a 4 bed 4 bath with a balcony and in unit washer and dryer. The room you would be renting is fully furnished and includes a private bathroom and closet. I have three super cool roommates who would prefer a girl to move in with them! Please reach out to me if you are interested and want more information! My Instagram is @karispatton and I would be more likely to respond faster if you reach out on there. Thank you!!
