Lease takeover at Redpoint Tempe

Hi! I am looking for someone (female) to take over my lease at Redpoint Tempe from January 2025 to July 2025. I am graduating this semester and have gotten a job out of state. Its a 4 bed/ 4 bath townhouse. I am subleasing my 1 bed/1 bath lease (the bathroom is inside the room). My rent with utilities added is usually between $1000-$1100. There's laundry in the unit, and it is fully furnished. Uncovered parking is free (that's what I selected in my lease). There's a great gym, some study rooms, printing, and a pool!
