Lease Takeover

Hi! My name is Taylor and I’m looking for a male to take over the remainder of my lease at The District on Apache. It ends July 31st, 2024. I am willing negotiate pricing and give a discount if you are willing to sign ASAP. The unit is a 4 bed 4 bath with a balcony and in unit washer and dryer. The room you would be renting is fully furnished and includes a private bathroom and closet. Please reach out to me if you are interested and want more information! My Instagram is @taylorrrjarrell and I would be more likely to respond faster if you reach out on there. Thank you!!
