Private room/private bath in 4x4 at District on Apache

Hi, I'm looking to transfer my lease at District on Apache from August 2023 - July 2024. Fully furnished room with full beds (even comes with a TV!), with 3 male roommates. $1545 a month with no security deposit, electricity not included, but wifi and water free! NOTE: I'll contribute 100% of your first month's rent! Please message me ASAP if you are interested. District is pausing their reassignment process from July 17th to August 14th, so if you want to move in August, message me here or at 208-608-4609.
